Refund & Cancellation

At Safari Travel House, we understand that travel plans may change. While we allow cancellations, please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

By confirming a booking with Safari Travel House, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are allowed to request cancellation of a confirmed booking.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

  • Cancellation will be acknowledged after verification of booking details.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All advace payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Change of travel plans

    • Personal reasons

    • Medical emergencies

    • Weather conditions

    • Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines or transport providers

    • Government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events

3. Third-Party Services

Safari Travel House arranges services through third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour partners.

  • Once services are booked, refunds are not possible.

  • Any recoveries from third-party vendors, if applicable, are at their sole discretion and not guaranteed.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive or utilize the booked services on the scheduled date will be treated as a no-show.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for no-shows.

5. Changes or Amendments

  • Requests for changes (dates, destination, or services) may be considered at Safari Travel House’s discretion.

  • Additional charges may apply.

  • Approval of changes is not guaranteed and depends on third-party provider policies.

6. Cancellation by Safari Travel House

In rare cases where Safari Travel House is unable to deliver a service due to unavoidable operational reasons:

  • An alternative service may be offered, subject to availability.

  • Refunds, if any, will depend entirely on recoverability from third-party providers and are not guaranteed.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Carefully reviewing all booking details before confirmation

  • Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits, ID proofs)

  • Understanding that cancellation does not imply refund

8. Policy Acceptance

By proceeding with a booking, the customer:

  • Confirms acceptance of this cancellation-allowed but no-refund policy

  • Waives any claims for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes

  • Agrees to all terms stated herein

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
